After months of dwindling inventory, the real estate market in Garrett County, Maryland is starting to get a steady injection of new homes to see! Inventory numbers seemed to be shrinking weekly, but now we're at a near high for the year with 95 residential listings available!

This is not bad news for home sellers. When I started in this business, it was not uncommon for 300 homes to be available at any time. If we get back to even 150-200 homes available, with the number of buyers we have looking right now, your listing will not sit stagnant if it's priced appropriately and shows well, along with being marketed assertively so that it is seen by the highest number of buyers possible.
