Maryland Symphony Orchestra will be performing Saturday June 8, at wisp resort. Since its founding in 1982, the Maryland Symphony Orchestra’s influence and reputation has reached far beyond Western Maryland. It is one of only four professional symphony orchestras in Maryland and audience members from South Central Pennsylvania, West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle, the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area are drawn to concerts held at the historic Maryland Theatre in downtown Hagerstown.

Team Trivia at Mountain State co. - Every Thursday is Team Trivia Night at Mountain State Brewing Co. at the Deep Creek Lake location. Trivia starts at 6:30pm and house prizes are awarded for first, second & third places!

Relay for Life - Survivors and Caregivers are the heart and soul of Relay For Life events. We honor their strength and courage with every step they take. It doesn’t matter if you were diagnosed 10 days ago or 10 years ago, you can walk while everyone gathers together to cheer you on.
Shawny Marley for Cindy’s Fund Lions Club Chicken Barbecue - Chicken dinners will be available for delivery to businesses, pick up or dine in at the Oakland American Legion starting at 11 am until evening.

Maryland offers license free fishing day - An individual may catch and possess fish in any tidal non-tidal waters of Maryland, as long as it’s for recreational purposes. This is also offered on July 4.
