I am passionate about redefining real estate by offering a highly personalized experience for my clients. My name is Terah Crawford, and I have been serving the real estate needs of Mountain Maryland since 2015. I have had the pleasure of helping so many people close on the home of their dreams at Deep Creek Lake and nearby areas. I have dedicated my life to ensuring the growth of our communities is done in a positive way.
My husband Eric and I have 2 beautiful children that love growing up here, just as I did! Together, we enjoy all that Deep Creek Lake and the mountains of Garrett and Allegany counties have to offer us! I studied marketing and graphic design in college before beginning my career in the hospitality industry as a restaurant manager. I have been so blessed to be a part of the dedicated and caring culture of our area. Real Estate was a natural career choice for me. I am the ultimate people person, I love this area, and I am intently dedicated to my clients. I've built my real estate career on integrity, hard work, and the relationships I've formed growing up in Garrett County, Maryland.

As an 8th generation Garrett County native, my knowledge of the area is met only by enthusiasm for the adventure that can be found here. As a kid, I learned to swim in Deep Creek Lake and grew up snowboarding at Wisp Resort. The greatest joy of my life is raising two incredible boys with my amazing, adventurous husband Eric at our home in Friendsville, MD.

In addition to my full-time+ real estate career, I am very involved in our community. I serve as the President-Elect of the Garrett County Board of REALTORS. I also serve on the board of the Dove Center which provides safety, advocacy, and counseling to individuals whose lives have been shattered by domestic violence and/or sexual assault, and strives to expand public awareness of those issues. Together with my mother, I founded the Women's Association of Mountain Maryland promoting the professional, civic, social, and economic advancement of women in our community. I volunteer at Accident Elementary School where my oldest son is receiving a fantastic education! I have previously served on the Celtic Festival Board where I remain a volunteer. I have also previously volunteered as a middle school mentor with the GEMS Program through the Garrett Branch of the AAUW (American Association of University Women) and volunteered at the End of the Line Bookstore in Oakland, Maryland. I have a great love of music and have been blessed to lead The Terah Crawford Band, a group that I founded in 2013. I sing and play guitar along with 4 incredibly talented musicians. It has been a tremendous experience sharing this gift with the regional community over the past 7 years. My community and creative activities have all been excellent compliments to my real estate career as, through them, I have met so many amazing people who I have been able to help with their real estate needs.

I hope that I will soon have the opportunity to speak with you and answer your questions about real estate in Mountain Maryland!
